The trees in Garner
Large water oak and willow oak over older homes, hickory and tulip poplar on the wooded lots, plus original loblolly pine left between houses. Older Garner neighborhoods also have a lot of very tall pines standing over 1970s and 1980s rooflines with almost no clearance.
